How We Do It

All our products are created in with the heart of Yorkshire in mind. Although we have access to quite a lot of smoked salmon these days, we still insist on that they are cured by hand before loading them into our hand-fired and tended kilns. Creating the very best smoked fish is (in our eyes) an art form, which needs the human touch – there are no robotic smokers.
